Ag Transfer Pumps for Farms, Irrigation & Spraying
Ag Transfer Pumps That Work as Hard as You Do
Farmers need ag transfer pumps that perform in the field without fail. Pacer Pumps has been building thermoplastic ag transfer pumps in Lancaster, PA since 1974. Every pump is molded and assembled in the USA at our 60,000 square foot manufacturing, warehousing, and office facility by 16 dedicated employees.
Our ag transfer pumps took the agricultural industry by storm when founder Alfred S. Marlow developed the first thermoplastic centrifugal pump. His father's company, Marlow Pumps, gave him the foundation to create something new. When everyone else only offered metal, Al Marlow developed the plastic Pacer Pump that outlasts any other pump on the market. Pacer makes pumping simple with user friendly agricultural transfer pumps that remain the most reliable and trusted in farming.
What Makes Our Ag Transfer Pumps Different
- Seals internally submerged for cooling after initial prime
- Forgiving dry run capability for unexpected field conditions
- Thermoplastic construction resists corrosion from fertilizers and chemicals
- Stress tested at three times rated running pressure
- Metal pump options available for specific farm applications
When other brands market "wet seal technology," our ag transfer pumps were already designed with seals internally submerged for cooling. This leads to forgiving dry run capability when tanks run empty or lines get blocked. We are the owner of the Trademarked Pacer Pumps Storefront.
Agricultural Applications
Our ag transfer pumps handle every job on the farm and ranch:
- Fertilizer, pesticide, and insecticide transfer for crop management
- Irrigation and seeding operations
- Nurse trailers for farm spraying
- Drone spraying rig tank fills
- Pond or stream dewatering in times of drought for irrigating
- Potable water transfer for wells and holding tanks
- Pool and pond drainage
- Livestock watering
- Irrigation from streams or secondary water supplies
Assembly and Quality
Every ag transfer pump receives individual attention from skilled craftsmen. Hydrostatic testing verifies seal integrity before pumps leave our floor. Housing stress tests confirm pressure ratings at triple stated capacity. Flow testing validates performance on site with our assembly team. Each pump is packaged precisely into the best fit and safest packaging on the market, ready for infield use, retail shelves, and OEM applications.
Between our top four office team members, we have 94 years of combined Pacer experience. We customize pump repair kits to meet specific farm needs and deliver full containers of pump kits throughout the world. For marine, industrial, and construction applications.
