Our shop lead has been here 24 years. Our customer service lead is the second generation of her family at Pacer, 39 years in. People do not tend to leave.
What it is like here
Pacer is a 60,000 square foot plant in Lancaster County where pumps are moulded,
hand-assembled, pressure-tested and flow-tested under one roof. The work is hands-on
and the feedback loop is short — you see the pump you built go out the door.
We are part of Service Filtration Corporation, which brings the stability of a
multi-national group to a shop floor that still runs like a family business.
